Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Navi Mumbai, India – with travel to various banks in Maharashtra and Gujrat

Job Description: As a Sales Executive, you will be the frontline ambassador for our kiosk manufacturing solutions, focusing on building relationships with banks and financial institutions. Your primary role will involve visiting potential clients, understanding their needs, and generating high-quality leads to drive sales growth. This is a field-based position requiring proactive outreach, excellent interpersonal skills, and a results-oriented mindset. While our products have technical elements, in-depth engineering knowledge isn't required – we'll provide product training to get you up to speed quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and visit banks and financial service institutions to pitch our kiosk solutions.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking events, referrals, and on-site demonstrations.
Conduct needs assessments with clients to tailor proposals that highlight how our kiosks improve efficiency, security, and customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers in the banking sector.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical and marketing) to prepare quotes, demos, and follow-up strategies.
Track sales pipelines, report on lead generation metrics, and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
Travel extensively within the assigned territory (up to 70% fieldwork).
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Science (B.Sc IT), Computer Applications (BCA), Diploma in Business Management (DBM), or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in sales, preferably in B2B environments like IT solutions, financial products, or hardware sales. Experience in lead generation for technical/products in banking/finance is a plus.
Core Skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills – ability to articulate product benefits clearly to non-technical audiences.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities to build trust with bank managers and executives.
Basic understanding of sales tools (e.g., CRM software like Salesforce or Zoho) and MS Office suite.
Self-motivated with a hunter mentality – comfortable with fieldwork, travel, and meeting targets.
Knowledge of the banking sector (e.g., ATM/kiosk trends, regulatory requirements) is advantageous but not mandatory.
Other Requirements: willingness to travel, and flexibility with working hours.

Role Overview : We are looking for a dedicated Service Engineer/Technician to handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of Power Electronics equipment (UPS, Inverters, Power Supplies, or power modules). You will be responsible for ensuring minimal downtime for our clients by providing prompt on-site technical support.
Skills & Qualifications :
Education: Degree / Diploma / ITI in Electronics or Power Electronics.
Technical Knowledge: * Understanding of AC/DC circuits, SMPS, UPS systems, and battery management.
Ability to read electronic circuit diagrams and schematics.
Proficiency with testing tools (Mustimeters, Oscilloscopes, Test equipment's).
Experience: 0–5 years. (Freshers with a strong grasp of electronics fundamentals are encouraged to apply).
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities :
On-Site Support: Travel to client locations across Mumbai, Nashik, and Chiplun for equipment servicing.
Installation & Commissioning: Set up and configure new Power Electronics units
Preventive Maintenance: Conduct scheduled health checks on equipment to prevent future failures.
Breakdown Repair: Diagnose and repair faults at the component level or module level (PCB troubleshooting, wiring, power connectivity).
Reporting: Maintain detailed service reports, site visit logs, and spare parts consumption records.
Customer Interaction: Brief clients on basic equipment operation and safety protocols.

5+ years of professional software development experience.
Proven experience as a hands-on developer with team leadership responsibilities.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience designing scalable middleware or backend systems.
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and development automation.
Experience managing defect tracking, feature backlogs, and delivery timelines.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing interaction skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Windows application development.
Experience building internal enterprise portals or business applications.
Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and test strategies.
Experience with DevOps tools, cloud platforms, or containerized environments.
Ability to maintain and modernize legacy systems while designing scalable new solutions.
